Beginning level chair yoga for seniors

As part of my Ms. Sr. Michigan Platform, I want to help people to get up and moving, because the key to feeling better might just be to keep moving!

 

This is a very basic chair yoga video for seniors or anyone who has had limited movement and wishes to have an exercise program for improvement in range of motion, balance, circulation and increased flexibility. It's easy and safe, but I would advise seniors never to exercise alone at home, someone should be there. And also please check with your doctor to see if this is right for you.
