Beginning level Chair Yoga for seniors
This is a very basic chair yoga video for seniors or anyone who has had limited movement and wishes to have an exercise program for improvement in range of motion, balance, circulation and increased flexibility. It's easy and safe, but I would advise seniors never to exercise alone at home, someone should be there. And also please check with your doctor to see if this is right for you. I do not own the copyright of any music used here. The video is free and for educational purposes.

Lyrical "Tension and Release" Combo for Intermediate Dancers
This lyrical combo is a study in tension/release. I also like to point out the fall/recovery and the use of collapse and suspend. They are all related qualities. The early pioneers of modern dance are credited with the exploration of these composition elements. Great combo for teaching elements of composition.
